As our wedding day approaches, we are getting more and more excited to celebrate with you. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, please follow the steps below to register for the wedding and book your accommodation:

Step 1 (Register)

Send an email to edanddi18@gmail.com, providing:

• Contact information (tel, email)

• Number of guests

• Any dietary preferences or allergies​

Step 2 (Book Accomodation)

For those planning to stay overnight, we arranged for accommodation at preferential rates in the main venue (Hotel Alpin, Poiana Brasov) with breakfast included and access to the pool.

Send an email to contact@hotelalpin.ro with "Diana and Edward" in the subject line and dnltns@gmail.com in cc, providing:

• Check-in and check-out dates

• Room type

  • Standard Double Room (1 ensuite bedroom, 94 EUR/night)

  • Executive Apartment (2 ensuite bedrooms, 208 EUR/night, max 4 guests)

• Number of guests

For groups of more than two or families, "executive apartments" are available with two ensuite bedrooms and a shared living room. If you'd like to reserve this option, please send only one email to Hotel Alpin on behalf of all guests.

A link for reservation at the preferential rate will be sent to you. Alternatively, there are many other accommodation options nearby in Poiana Brasov.
